I am an American writer, translator, and editor based in Berlin. The pages on this site document a variety of articles I’ve published in academic and journalistic publications. I’ve also included parts of my dissertation on the Iranian-American theater artist, Reza Abdoh, as well as some of the interviews I conducted as part of my research.

Ich bin amerikanischer Schriftsteller, Übersetzer und Editor mit Wohnsitz in Berlin. Meine Artikel, hauptsächlich aber nicht exklusiv über bildende und darstellende Kunst, sind auf Englisch und Deutsch veröffentlicht worden—unter anderem in The Village Voice, The Wall Street Journal, taz, Theater Heute, Performing Arts Journal.
